We’re ready and prepared to welcome you with all possible guarantees that your experience will be both safe and unforgettable.

As it stands, we will be opening our hotel-boutique and à la carte restaurant. 

Throughout the 2020 season, our restaurant will be offering just a daily menu from Sunday to Thursday, and a gastronomic menu on Friday and Saturday. The restaurant opening hours are:

  • Lunch service: 1:30 pm to 4 pm (every day except Saturday). 
  • Dinner service: 8.30 pm to 11 pm (Saturday only).

WHAT HAVE WE CHANGED ABOUT OUR BOOKING POLICY?*

 

FLEXIBILITY

If you already have a booking with us, don’t cancel. Postpone your trip and you can enjoy your holiday when it suits you best.

And if you haven’t booked yet, don’t worry. Make your booking and you can change your arrival date if you need to.

In either case, you can use your booking through the end of 2021 (without any sort of surcharge as long as you travel in the same season and stay in the same category room as the original booking – see conditions).

CHANGES TO OUR CANCELLATION POLICY

You can cancel your booking at no charge, with absolutely no commitment. You can cancel any time up to 24 hours prior to arrival (no additional charge). Book now, worry free.

Guests who book directly through our website or central booking service ([email protected]) get a series of special courtesy services:

Early check-in / Late check-out
Guests who want to check in early (from 10 am) or check out late (until 6 pm) can request this service at reception (subject to availability).

Receiving and storing luggage
Guests who don’t want to travel with their luggage can send it to us and we will receive and store it for free (notify reception beforehand).

Breakfast included
The hotel’s buffet restaurant serves an abundant, varied breakfast. Eggs, sausages, dairy, cereal, etc. From 7:30 am to 10:30 am.

WHAT HAVE WE CHANGED ABOUT SAFETY AND HYGIENE?*

We’re currently reviewing all safety protocols to protect our guests, team and suppliers. Making sure our spaces are safe, healthy and clean for our guests, visitors and colleagues is always a priority. We’re committed to maintaining the very highest standards of cleanliness, now more than ever! Here are some of the measures we’ve implemented:

  • All our facilities and products comply with safety and hygiene protocols established in the hygiene/health risk-reduction measures published by CEHAT -ITH (Spanish Confederation of Hotels and Tourist Accommodation – Hotel Technology Institute). Download this document to learn all about it.
  • For everyone’s safety, we recommend using gloves, a mask and hand sanitiser.
  • We’ve limited capacity and ask guests to keep a safe distance from each other.
  • In order to make sure the restaurant facilities meet the strictest hygiene standards, we will only be offering a restricted service due to the limitation on capacity.
  • We recommend using a card and/or your phone to pay.
